The 60-Day Chair Test
Use your Satori shears on real clients for a full 60 days. If they are not the best shears you have ever held, send them back for a full refund of the shear price, and keep the complete care kit on us.

Prefer a Different Finish or Size?
Within the 60-day window we will swap your shears for a different finish or size at no cost. Just reach out and we will sort it.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us with your order number within 60 days of delivery.
- We send you a prepaid return label.
- Once we receive the shear, your refund is issued within 3 business days.
